Just for Kicks is a martial arts based activity which focuses on developing and enhancing skills such as flexibility, co-ordination, accuracy and overall physical fitness, in a FUN and SAFE way. The Just for Kicks programme is designed to motivate children. It allows members to develop skills quickly and lets them see instant results, thus enhancing their self esteem and giving them a great sense of achievement.. Just for Kicks is not a martial art class! Childre do not learn how to punch kick or attack each other! Instead, they learn how to develop and use a range of physical skills and techniques while having a great time. Warm up and cool down activities are fun and educational, they are not competitive but team building.
