Tallest opponent measures the correct distance with the right foot, then brings the right foot back to parallel stance.
For number 1 - 3 Attacker - Take the right leg back to form a left walking stance, while performing a low block with the left outer fore-arm. Defender - Parallel ready stance. For numbers 4 & 5 Attacker - Take the right leg back to form a right L-stance, while performing a middle section outer fore-arm guarding block. Defender - Parallel ready stance.

1. Attacker - Step forwards to form a right walking stance, while performing a middle section punch with the right fore fist. Defender - Take the right foot back, to form a left walking stance, while performing a middle section block with the left inner forearm. 2. Attacker - Step forwards to form a left walking stance, while performing a middle section punch with the left fore fist. Defender - Take the left foot back, to form a right walking stance, while performing a middle section block with the right inner forearm. 3. Attacker - Step forwards to form a right walking stance, while performing a middle section punch with the right fore fist. Defender - Take the right foot back, to form a left walking stance, while performing a middle section block with the left inner forearm.
